CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
When you place an order electronically on our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the product they purchase.
Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
The purchased product will be delivered within a legal period of 30 days. If not delivered, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order.
IF THE PRICE FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay the product price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
If unauthorized use of the credit card is detected after the product is delivered and the product price is not paid to the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days.
FORCE MAJEURE:
If the product cannot be delivered due to force majeure, the buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or request a postponement of delivery. If the order is canceled, the cash payment will be refunded within 14 days. In payments by credit card, the refund will be made to the bank within 14 days; the bank's reflection process to the buyer's account may vary.
BUYER'S LIABILITY:
The buyer must check the product before receiving it and should not accept damaged products from the cargo company.
The product received is deemed to be undamaged.
Products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be unused and their packaging must be intact.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
If the buyer purchases a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where the service is started with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be given to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions set forth in this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders whose invoices are issued in the name of institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
Return form: The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that burden the BUYER with debt to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal and to take back the goods within 20 days.
If the value of the goods decreases due to a reason caused by the BUYER's fault or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the improper use of the goods or product during the right of withdrawal period.
If the amount falls below the campaign limit set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
To benefit from the above-mentioned rights by reporting Defective Goods;
In the notification of Defective Goods, the manufacturer of the product determines whether there is a usage error with a report. If it is determined that there is a user error, the customer cannot benefit from the rights.
Return of Defective Goods
According to Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law, "Goods that are contrary to their characteristics in the introduction and user manual or in advertisements and announcements or that contain material, legal or economic deficiencies that reduce the benefits expected by the consumer in terms of their intended use are considered defective goods. If the customer notifies the customer of a defective product within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product, he/she has the right to return the product, receive a discount on the price, have a free replacement or have a free repair."
The customer must report defective goods within 30 days.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns of products that are not presented with an INVOICE will not be accepted. Sales made through our page are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the provisions of this law and regulation are applied. Refunds are only made for defective or faulty products.

In order to benefit from the above-mentioned rights by reporting a defective product; the customer must report the defective product within 7 days. In the notification of a defective product, the manufacturer of the product determines whether there is a usage error with a report prepared. If it is determined that there is a user error, the customer cannot benefit from the rights.
How to Change a Product?
Only the number of the product you receive is changed. No change is made with a different product. No change is made in discounted products. After the product is checked, your change will be made and sent to you again. Shipping costs in exchanges are covered by the customer. Products sent to us with cash on delivery will not be accepted. In order to facilitate product tracking, please contact us before sending the product to cargo in case of a product return/exchange. This return and exchange policy of TÜRKMOPET does not affect your rights specified in the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection, amended by Law No. 4822.
Product Return Conditions
In product returns, returns of products with unknown order numbers will not be accepted. Sales made through our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the provisions of this law and regulation apply.
Refunds are only made for defective or faulty products.
There is no exchange for discounted products.
If you want to exchange the product you purchased for various reasons, we kindly ask you to pack the product properly and send it to our store (address is available in the contact section) by stating your invoice, order number and the model code and number of the product you want to exchange inside the box.
After the product is checked, your exchange will be made and sent back to you.
Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer. Products sent to us with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
In order to facilitate product tracking, in case of a product return/exchange, please contact us before sending the product to the cargo.
This return and exchange policy of TÜRKMOPET does not affect your rights specified in the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077, amended by Law No. 4822.
Products that are prepared at the BUYER's request or clearly in line with personal needs and are not suitable for return, goods that are in danger of rapid deterioration or whose expiration date is likely to pass, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if their packaging is opened after delivery to the BUYER, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
In addition, the return of products such as motorcycle and bicycle spare parts, accessories, oils and other consumables is subject to the condition that the products' packaging is unopened, untested, unused and in resalable condition.
The following products are not subject to the right of withdrawal:
- Unpackaged, assembled or used motorcycle and bicycle spare parts.
- Engine oils and maintenance products that are quickly consumed or have expired.
- Services or software provided electronically.
- Used or installed accessories (for example: mirrors, handlebars, windshield wipers).
- Special order or personalized products.
The packaging of the products to be returned must be unopened, untested, undamaged and unused.
