Before signing the cargo report, check if there is any damage or problem in the box of your product. If there is any damage or deficiency, or if the box tape is opened, return your box with a request to the cargo officer to draw up a report without signing any document regarding the delivery. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. In case of receiving products with damaged boxes or claimed to be missing, we are not responsible for the damage or deficiency of the products inside. Please report this situation to info@turkmopet.com as soon as possible or in writing with the contract number.
